Why is it important to come during our hours for pickups and drop offs?As we don't employ a reception person, after pickup and drop off times all the staff are out in the yards with their groups of dogs. If you bring your dog/s outside of our regular pickup/drop off times, for safety reasons, we would need to put our groups back in the kennel, come to reception, check in your dogs, and then integrate the group again. This takes a lot of time, which means that you wait longer. It also cuts into the other dogs' outside time. We take safety very seriously here at doggydo so the bottom line is it is just safer for all the dogs if people come during our normal pickup and drop off times.
