All hours are unaffected by public holidays except for Dec. 25th when we are open for doggy boarders but not the public.

We’re barking mad about safety. And because we don't employ a receptionist, our team is often out in the yards with the dogs. So if you turn up outside of our set pickup/drop-off times, we would need to put our dog groups safely back in the kennel, come to reception, check your dog in, and then integrate the group again. As you can appreciate, this would take long, while also cutting into the dogs' outside time. Thanks for your understanding here—it’s really to ensure dog safety. 🐾
